Scheduling ISNT Resources for use on Clinical Animals

Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for scheduling resources at INST for use on clinical animals.

Scope:

This policy applies to all researchers, employees, contractors, consultants, temporaries and other workers including all personnel affiliated with parties utilizing INST’s resources. This policy applies to implementations of requirements for scanning clinical animals.

Policy:

1. All scheduling must go through the appointed staff members under the direction of Dr. Greg Boring. This staff will serve as the liaison between INST & CVM.
2. This group will be the point of contact for the College of Veterinary Medicine.
3. All applicable forms; such as, safety training, screening forms, non-disclosure forms, etc., must be received, reviewed and approved prior to scheduling.
4. Normal scheduling time for animals is after 5:00 pm.

Enforcement:

Anyone found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action to be determined by the director.
