Policy: INST requests that funding recipients recognize INST’s support when appropriate in interviews, publications, and other publicity materials.

Procedure:
1. INST’s support should be recognized in any interviews, publications, or publicity materials that feature projects which INST has given financial support (i.e. internal funding, seed projects, etc.).

2. INST’s support should be recognized using standard wording, such as the following:
“This project or effort undertaken was sponsored by MSU’s Institute for Neurocognitive Science and Technology/ Office of Naval Research.”

3. If appropriate, the current INST logo may be used on materials promoting projects for which INST has provided financial support. The current INST logo may be obtained from the INST Media Coordinator.
