Naval Submarine Medical Research Lab

The Skill Acquisition Lab has recently completed a project in collaboration with the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL). The primary objective was to provide support for a research project that investigated cognitive components of submariner situation awareness. As a subcontractor, the lab provided consultation and support services, including experimental design and data analysis recommendations. In addition, the Skill Acquisition Lab was involved in the design and development of domain-specific working memory, long-term working memory, and situation awareness tasks.
