Research Interests:
Dr. Doane is an expert in the areas of: cognitive psychology, cognitive science, computational cognitive science, strategic aspects of skill acquisition, problem solving, expertise in dynamic task environments, computational cognitive models of thinking and performance, and applied cognitive science. Her research interests currently include: strategic aspects of skill acquisition; problem solving; expertise in complex interactive environments; computational cognitive models of human learning and performance; and computational models of user cognition.
