Policy:

In efforts to facilitate research, INST provides several networked printers for general use. These printers are to be used only for efforts inline with the mission of INST and Mississippi State University. Use of printers is subject to the guidelines set forth in the INST and MSU Acceptable Use of Computing Resources policies.

Procedure:

• All printing to INST printers is logged. Weekly reports are provided to the director containing the details of print jobs per user.
